Research Integrity at UNE

Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state mandates in all research functions is a core responsibility of research administration at UNE. Promoting ethically responsible research is of utmost importance in facilitating a culture of compliance. Research compliance staff work with various compliance committees such as the Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Subjects (IRB) and the Institutional Care and Use Committee (IACUC) to help ensure both the ethical conduct of research and the protection of the rights and welfare of humans and animals in research conducted at UNE.
